There are UK Liquidators’ offices in towns and cities throughout the UK and in various parts of Yorkshire. There isn’t a dedicated office in Rotherham but we are nonetheless exceptionally well-placed to provide guidance and support to any company director based in the town who is concerned about the prospect of insolvency or liquidation.
Our offices in Yorkshire include those in Leeds, Sheffield, Huddersfield, Hull, Doncaster and York. At each of these locations we have teams of licensed insolvency practitioners and are able to deliver specialist support in relation to all forms of liquidation or business recovery. We offer FREE and confidential consultations to anyone who we may be able to help from any of our Yorkshire offices.
For company directors, facing up to the realities of potentially becoming insolvent and being forced into liquidation is challenging to say the least. Our experts have a huge wealth of experience in supporting directors under these circumstances.
The most commonplace form of liquidation recorded in the UK is compulsory liquidation, whereby a creditor has successfully pursued a winding up petition against a debtor company. This form of liquidation requires investigations by the Official Receiver. Company directors can avoid this scenario by entering into a Creditor’s Voluntary Liquidation (CVL) but in either situation it is wise to get advice from experts like ours in a timely fashion.
A further form of liquidation potentially worth knowing about is called a Members’ Voluntary Liquidation (MVL), which is used as a means of winding up a solvent business.
Whatever your needs may be, if you want to know more about how to proceed with any form of liquidation, we at UK Liquidators can help. We have several offices within easy reach of Rotherham. Contact your nearest office directly to find out more.
